Ken Nicholson has spent 45 years building homes in Arizona —over 2,000 of them. Ruiz & Nicholson Construction is our in-house general contractor. We do not outsource execution.

When capital comes into a Ruiz & Nicholson project, it goes to a home our own construction company builds.
